In case of cancellation/rejection either of Provisional Booking or Agreement of the Residential Plot/Commercial Plot/Shop because of any reason whatsoever, the Booking amount is refundable as per Regulatory Authorities.
Refund shall be made to the applicant(s) within 90 days from date of completion of all formalities with respect of such cancellation.
